‘Pathetic personality contest has nothing to do with dancing’
More reaction here as viewers hit out at the ‘pathetic personality contest’ that appears to saved Pete Wicks tonight.
Does Strictly need a rethink?
The vote should be 100% by the pros – the pathetic personality contest from the public has nothing to do with the dancing.
Exactly. Most of the public know little or nothing about dancing. That is why, in the final the judges votes should be added to the public votes
‘Wicks is saved again, what a farce’
Our readers have had their say on Pete Wicks’ Strictly survival…and it’s fair to say some of you are not impressed.
Here’s some comments we have received on our live coverage.
Absolute tosh. Pete should have gone weeks ago, he even doesn’t dance, she dances around him.
Wicks is saved yet again, what a farce. The guy is a tool and his partner is just as annoying. He really needs to go, but Wynne is to go this week as he is in the dance off and his dance was mediocre…
However, not everyone is unhappy…
I’m glad Pete stayed, he was set up to fail. Gave him all my votes and so did quite a few others by the look of it.

However, it appears the cha-cha-chances of Pete lifting the Glitterball Trophy next month are diminishing after he ended the night in last place with 27 on the scorecards.
